The Auction House of the Russian Federation is selling a shopping and office building in the Kaluga Oblast, by order of Sberbank
On 12 August 2013, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) is holding an auction by order of Sberbank of Russia. A non-residential building with a total area of 10,819 sq.m. and a land plot of an area of 0.5 hectares will be up for sale. The starting price of the lot is 261.8 million rubles (24,200 rubles per sq.m.).
