On 11 June, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR), by order of the owner, Sberbank of Russia, realized six three-room apartments in Kaliningrad. The auction was held on the electronic auction platform lot-online.ru. The total sale price was 21.2 billion rubles.

The area of the apartments sold varies from 96.2 sq.m. to 101.1 sq.m.

The building in which the apartments are located was built in 2008 opposite the historical Royal Gates.
