The Auction House of the Russian Federation has received accreditation for self-regulating organizations of arbitration managers of the Northwest.
On 2 August 2013, the non-commercial partnership Self-Regulating Organization of Arbitration Managers of the Northwest was accredited by the AHR as the organizer of auctions for the realization of property as part of insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings.

Российский аукционный дом провел аукцион по продаже 25,5% акций ОАО «Сибирский научно-исследовательский и проектный институт цветной металлургии»

The AHR has put up a federal share package for sale in one of the largest road building companies in Russia
On 31 October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) will hold an auction for federal privatization. 25% (116,200 ordinary) shares in Tsentrodostroi are up for sale. The starting price is 464 million rubles.

On 30 July, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) held an auction at the order of Pervaya Obraztsovaya Tipografiya. Three land plots with a total area of 8,075 sq.m. were sold as a single lot. The sale price was 17.05 million rubles ($64 per sq.m.), and the buyer was Spetsstroi 303.
