“Heineken United Breweries” announced the sale of the manufacturing facility of the distributive center “Stepan Razin Brewery”
By order of the “Heineken United Breweries” Company the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) realized a manufacturing facility with an area of 7.4 hectares. The sum of the transaction is not publicized.

On the 6th of May 2013 the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an English auction for the sale of 20.0095% of the shares of “The 18th Taxicab Fleet”. The sale will take place by order of “The Fund of the Transport System Enterprises”, 100% of the shares of which belong to Moscow.

The AHR holds first major deal in 2013 in the regions by order of Sberbank of Russia
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) has realized at auction “Andronov Estate” in Yaroslavl. The deal was held by order of the owner of the real-estate object – Northern bank of Sberbank of Russia. There were two applications for the auction, and the buyer acquired the state for 37 million rubles.

The possible building volume of land plots in the village of Yanino has been increased
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) is preparing for the sale 8 land plots for residential development in the village of Yanino, in the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Oblast. The aggregate starting price is 1.69 billion rubles. The owner has agreed an increase in the building volume from 380 000 sq.m. to 511 000 sq.m.
The object is located in a picturesque green area with good environmental situation at the eastern border of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast, in the area of mid-rise residential construction with the height restrictions limiting the maximum number of floors to eight.
The total area of the lots listed for sale is 36 hectares, the area of the smallest land plot is 0.3 hectares, and the area of the biggest is 13 hectares.
The owner of the land plot has developed and inserted corrections in the site planning project increasing the building volume of the block from 380 thousand sq.m. to 511 thousand sq.m. including the saleable area of the apartments amounting to 417 thousand sq.m. The correction of the site planning project was necessary in order to bring it in accordance with the general outlay of the Zanevskoe rural settlement, approved at the end of 2012.
Thanks to its location in an ecologically clean area, its closeness to the forest and its excellent scenery, the new residential complex can be positioned in the “Comfort” class. The price load on 1 sq.m. of the apartments under construction amounts to $135.
“By May they will have received the development plans for the land plots and have supplied electricity. Land plots for residential development in a similar degree of preparedness are virtually absent from the St Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast market,” says Dmitry Altbregin, the head of the department of private owners at the AHR.
The land plot has good transportation accessibility – Koltushskoe Shosse (600 m), the junction of Ring Motorway (3.6) and the metro station “Ladozhskaya” (10 km). There is an asphalt road from Koltushskoe Shosse and along the border of the block. The object is characterized by a well-developed infrastructure – the village of Yanino is located in 3 minutes distance by car, the shopping and entertainment center “Mega-Dybenko” is in 10 minutes distance by car.
The technical specifications for electricity, gas and water supplies for the block under construction have been received. The owner of the land plot is building a power supply line to the border of the territory for sale. Putting into operation of the distribution substation is scheduled for May 2013. Читать
