The auction on sale of a non-residential premise of JSC Sberbank of Russia in Moscow took place
On June 26 the Russian Auction House (RAH) carried out auction on sale of a non-residential premise on Leningradskoye Highway in Moscow. The owner of the room – JSC Sberbank of Russia. On auction four demands were submitted, the price of sale made 30,2 million rubles (227 thousand rubles for sq.m).
Non-residential premise, of 133 sq.m, the new owner can use under cafe, restaurant or bank office.
Experts I am GLAD estimated transaction cost as the upper bound of market cost of similar rooms.
