On 31 October, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) will hold an auction for federal privatization. 25% (116,200 ordinary) shares in Tsentrodostroi are up for sale. The starting price is 464 million rubles.

In October, a state share package will be sold in one of the largest road building contractors in Russia – Tsentrodostroi (25% of shares). This is the second largest share package, and the control package belongs to OLMA investment foundation (over 51% of shares). With a starting price of 464 million rubles, the step of increase will be 4 million rubles, and the deposit sum 46.4 million rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until 8 October 2013.

The company specializes in the complex construction of vehicle roads, aircraft runways, pedestrian underpasses and overpasses etc. Tsentrodorstroi is responsible for the reconstruction and organization of aircraft parking areas at Domodedovo airport, and construction of the 3rd start-up facility of the central ring road, with a length of 106 km. The company is a major owner and has a portfolio of buildings, structures, transfer devices, land plots and movable property. Tsentrodorstroi has its own Training and Testing Center, a department for preparing manufacture, four production bases in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast, three stationary and movable cement and concrete factories, three crushing and screening plants, and five asphalt concrete factories.

“The share package up for sale is an example of dynamically developing company, with a history and results that show it to be a business with a high level of investment attractiveness. The company is responsible for large-scale works for the construction and reconstruction of airports in Moscow and St. Petersburg,” says the general director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation Andrei Stepanenko. “Additionally, the company has operating contracts with a number of major organizations, such as Russian Vehicle Roads and the Administration of Domodedovo Airport. The total sum of signed of contracts is over 16 billion rubles. So we are sure that the asset will be of interest for outside investors, and we predict a demand for the auction”.

The Auction House of the Russian Federation
By the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2010, the Auction House of the Russian Federation is authorized to organize auctions for the sale of federal property. By decree of the Russian Federation of 31 January 2013 № 101-r, the Auction House of the Russian Federation has been given 36 share packages of federal state enterprises for realization. All objects are included in the Forecast plan (program) of privatization of federal property for 2011-2013.
