The Auction House of the Russian Federation, at the order of Pervaya Obraztsovaya Tipografiya, sold three land plots in Petersburg at auction
On 30 July, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) held an auction at the order of Pervaya Obraztsovaya Tipografiya. Three land plots with a total area of 8,075 sq.m. were sold as a single lot. The sale price was 17.05 million rubles ($64 per sq.m.), and the buyer was Spetsstroi 303.
The land plots are not far from an exit road from the city, in the area of Lakhta-Olgino.

The lot includes:
- 3 land plots (899, 3201 and 3975 sq.m);
- 2 warehouse buildings (891 and 489.6 sq.m);
- Temporary structures.
The land plots are located in a small industrial zone, and additionally there are several orchards. The proximity of Primorskoe shosse, dacha areas and busy traffic near the land plot create optimum conditions for a business in the service industry (car service center, car wash, shop), a small warehouse or a production facility.
