The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) is preparing to sell a 100% share in Kutuzov 22, which rents a mansion on naberezhnaya Kutuzova. The building, with an area of over 2,500 sq.m., is located in the center of Petersburg. The starting price is 150 million rubles.

The non-residential building is located in a zone of public and business development. The windows have a view of the Neva, the Peter and Paul Fortress and the cruiser “Avrora”. Nearby is Liteiny Prospekt and Dvortsovaya naberezhnaya.

The owner, the company Kutuzova 22, by agreement with the Committee for management of state property, has the right of long-term lease – until March 2062.

Furthermore, the seller has developed a concept for adapting the mansion for office space. It has offices for management staff in historical interiors, halls for conferences and receptions, modern offices with open planning, a dining hall for visitors, an open terrace on the mezzanine floor etc.

The property has been declared a monument of history and culture of regional importance. The facades on naberezhanya Kutozova and Gagarinskaya ulitsa are objects of protection, as are the rooms with preserved historical interiors.
