Auction for the sale of a property belonging to Russian Railways: sale of an uncompleted building (housing complex) in Khabarovsk
The Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction for the sale of a property of uncompleted construction (ten-storey residential building) in Khabarovsk. The building was sold by order of the owner – Russian Railways. An agency agreement between the Auction House of the Russian Federation and Russian Railways was signed in March 2010.

24 августа 2010 года в ОАО "Российский аукционный дом" начался прием заявок для участия в открытом аукционе по продаже в собственность двух земельных участков общей площадью 1 384 841 кв. м, входящих в состав единого лота (№ 23 общей площадью 1 089 740 кв. м, кадастровый номер: 78:42:18127В:9, и № 24 общей площадью 295 101 кв. м, кадастровый номер: 78:42:18127В:10), расположенных по адресу: Санкт-Петербург, город Пушкин, земли СПГАУ, для размещения объектов коммерческой деятельности.
Начальная цена Участков – 586 700 000 (пятьсот восемьдесят шесть миллионов семьсот тысяч) рублей. НДС не облагается.
Величина повышения начальной цены («шаг аукциона»): 6 000 000 (шесть миллионов) рублей.
Условия проведения аукциона опубликованы на сайте Фонда «РЖС»
