Auction of a building with a land plot of industrial use (pledged property)
The Auction House of the Russian Federation has announced an auction for the sale of a non-residential building on the territory of the Izhorsky factory. The starting price of the lot is 7,174,000 rubles.
The two-storey building is located in Kolpino at the address: Izhorsky Zavod, 58, lit. ZHCH. It was built in 1986. Its area is 770 sq.m. All necessary communications are connected to the building: water, plumbing, heating, hot water, electricity, telephone networks etc. The lot with an area of 3,796 sq.m. is registered on long-term rent (until 2054).
According to the General plan it is in a PD zone, where objects of industrial, transport logistics and storage purpose may be built, with inclusion of public and business construction. The auction is schedule for 30 September 2010.
The building and lot belong to OOO Kraftum-Rus, and are pledged on a credit from Sberbank Russia issued to a third party. The properties are sold according to the foreclosure procedure for pledged property on an out-of-court basis. Encumbrances on the property will be removed 10 days after the auction.
