The Auction House of the Russian Federation and the Territorial generating committee №1 has signed an agency agreement. As part of the agreement, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will sell non-specialized property of TGK-1.

At present, the parties are agreeing on the list of objects owned and not used by TGK-1 which may be sold at auctions of the Auction House of the Russian Federation.

In March 2010, the Auction House of the Russian Federation signed an agency agreement with Russian Railways. As part of cooperation with Russian Railways, objects were sold on the territory of four subjects of the Russian Federation: St. Petersburg (a package of shares in the factory Sport was sold), the Leningrad Oblast (production complex), Nizhny Novgorod (brewery building) and the Tver Oblast (sand quarry).

The next auction involving the property of Russian Railways will take place on 6 July. An object of uncompleted construction (residential building) in Khabarovsk is up for sale.
