The Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction for the sale of a property of uncompleted construction (ten-storey residential building) in Khabarovsk. The building was sold by order of the owner – Russian Railways. An agency agreement between the Auction House of the Russian Federation and Russian Railways was signed in March 2010.

The property is located at the address: Khabarovsk, Slobodskaya ul. lit. A.

Price of sale – 21,100,000 rubles.

Purchaser – OOO Dom Pletyukhina (company registered in Irkutsk, involved in investment-construction and development activity).

The next auction for sale of Russian Railways property is scheduled for 22 September, and two locomotives have been put up for sale.
