В стенах московского филиала РАД прошла встреча инвесторов, девелоперов и городских структур
В рамках деловой программы выставки проводил свою успешную и продуктивную работу ставший уже традиционным Международный Форум рынка недвижимости и финансов «TOP REAL ESTATE & FINANCE» в стенах Российского аукционного дома. Тема Форума – « Развитие рынка недвижимости как инвестиционного сектора экономики. Опыт, тенденции, перспективы». На форуме обсуждались вопросы инвестиционной политики в области градостроительства, архитектуры, а также проблемы развития московского транспортного узла. Организаторами Форума выступили Ассоциация инвесторов Москвы, АНО «Дирекция московского транcпортного узла», МАР и выставка «Домэкспо».Выступающими на Форуме были руководители Москомархитектуры, сотрудники и специалисты в области транспорта и городской инфраструктуры, представители архитектурных бюро и профессиональных объединений. В работе Форума приняли участие свыше 180 человек.

ХХХIII Российский Антикварный Салон
С 20 по 28 октября в Центральном Доме Художника проходит XXXIII Российский Антикварный Салон – центральное событие осеннего сезона на отечественном антикварном рынке. На 8 600 кв.м. разместились стенды 250 участников. Столь широкое представительство наглядно демонстрирует стабильность рынка старого искусства, инвестиционная привлекательность которого возрастает с каждым годом. Широкое и разнообразное предложение традиционных и вновь входящих в моду коллекционерских трендов – произведений европейских школ XVI-XVIII вв., произведения отечественной живописи и графики, разнообразные стили декоративно-прикладного искусства – ежегодно приводят на Салон более 30 тысяч посетителей.

В Ростове-на-Дону прошел семинар-совещание "Оценка залоговой недвижимости с использованием методик ведущих банков"
8 октября в Ростове-на-Дону, в рамках обсуждения актуального для рынка недвижимости вопроса оценки и продажи заложенного имущества, произошла встреча оценщиков с банковским сектором и с продавцами – риэлторами и представителями аукционных площадок. Данное мероприятие, в сущности, стало первым открытым обсуждением вопросов оценки залогов для выставления их на аукционы, которое было проведено в Южном федеральном округе. В нем приняло участие более 50 специалистов разных областей рынка недвижимости.

AHR has sold the real property of Rossia airlines
The Auction House of the Russian Federation conducted an auction for the sale of a building with a land plot on the Oktyabr’skaya Quay. The property belonged to Rossia Airlines Company and will change ownership.
There were put up for auction a land plot with an area of 1 926 sq. m. and a non-residential building with an area of 1 212.4 sq. m. located at the address: Nevsky district, Oktyabr’skaya naberezhnaya, d.56, lit.B. The building is not listed among architectural monuments: it can be knocked down and another object can be built on the site, or it can be reconstructed. The recommended function – an office center (location of the object – in the zone cultural and business development). At the moment the building is not being used. Читать

AHR puts land plots in Yanino up for auction
The AHR announces an auction for the sale of 11 land plots intended for housing development in the village of Yanino, Leningrad Oblast. The conduct of the auction is scheduled for 5 December 2012. The total starting price of 11 lots is 1.12 billion rubles.

AHR in cooperation with CentrAtom»announces the holding of an auction for the sale of the objects of real property “Former children’s country houses “Agashkino”
The Auction House of the Russian Federation in cooperation with CentrAtom, the only share-holder of which is Atomenergoprom — a subsidiary company of the State Corporation of atomic energy Rosatom, announces the holding of a Dutch auction for the sale of property belonging to «Production Association «Machine-building plant Molniya – buildings and a land plot of the “Former children’s country houses “Agashkino”.

Электронная площадка Lot-online расширяет географию участников
1 октября Юго-Западный филиал Российского аукционного дома провел первые электронные торги по продаже недвижимости в Ставропольском крае на электронной площадке Lot-online.
На аукцион была выставлена часть нежилого здания по адресу: Ставропольский кр., Курский р-н, ст. Курская, ул. Калинина, д. 47/2, лит. А. Площадь объекта продажи - 168,50 кв.м.
А так же право аренды земельного участка площадью 871,62 кв.м., сроком до 29.08.2052 г.
В связи с наличием одной заявки аукцион был признан несостоявшимся. Однако участник подтвердил на электронной площадке стартовую цену. Поэтому Северо-Кавказский банк Сбербанка России, являющийся собственником помещения, решил воспользоваться правом подписать с участником договор купли-продажи по начальной цене – 2 млн. рублей. Сделка между собственником и покупателем состоится в течение десяти рабочих дней. Читать

1 October 2012 the Auction House of the Russian Federation conducted an auction for the sale of 94.13% of shares of Polutry Farm “Chelyabinskaya” and 100% Polutry Farm “Nizhnevartovskaya” companies. The auction was organized on the instructions of the government of Khanti-Mansiisk Autonomous Okrug.

Представители РАД приняли участие в XIII Всероссийском банковском форуме
18-19 сентября в Нижнем Новгороде состоялся организуемый АРБ очередной ежегодный банковский форум, традиционно посвященный теме повышения роли банков в экономическом развитии регионов России, на котором обсуждается опыт и вырабатываются новые пути развития банковской системы России. Ряд предложений, инициатив и аргументов участников форумов постепенно становятся составной частью законодательства и нормативной базы Банка России, а лучший опыт финансовой политики субъектов Российской Федерации России предлагается для распространения в масштабе страны.

Auction transfer on sale of the land lot with an uninhabited building in Komarovo
In accordance with the order of the General Director of the AHR № 177-p of 18 September 2012 the date of drawing up the results of the auction for a non-residential building (a country house) and a land plot located at the address: St Petersburg, Kurortny district, the village of Komorovo, ul. Morskaya, d. 14b, lit. А, scheduled for 19 September 2012 at 10:20, is moved to 17 October 2012 11:45.
The acceptance of applications for participation in the auction is extended until 16 October 2012 17:00.
The term of acceptance of deposits paid by auction applicants into the AHR account is extended until 16 October 2012.
Auction participants are determined and the documents for determining the auction participants are drawn up on 17 October 2012 at 10:00.
Notifications and cards for auction participants will be issued on 17 October 2012 from 11:20 to 11:40.
