In accordance with the order of the General Director of the AHR № 177-p of 18 September 2012 the date of drawing up the results of the auction for a non-residential building (a country house) and a land plot located at the address: St Petersburg, Kurortny district, the village of Komorovo, ul. Morskaya, d. 14b, lit. А, scheduled for 19 September 2012 at 10:20, is moved to 17 October 2012 11:45.

The acceptance of applications for participation in the auction is extended until 16 October 2012 17:00.

The term of acceptance of deposits paid by auction applicants into the AHR account is extended until 16 October 2012.

Auction participants are determined and the documents for determining the auction participants are drawn up on 17 October 2012 at 10:00.
Notifications and cards for auction participants will be issued on 17 October 2012 from 11:20 to 11:40.
