30.08.2012 Продажи Новосибирского филиала Российского аукционного дома за 30 августа 30 августа Новосибирский филиал Российского аукционного дома реализовал на классической и электронной площадке имущество Сбербанка РФ на общую сумму более 140 тыс. рублей.
Нежилое помещение (площадь – 32,17 кв.м.) с земельным участком (площадь - 112 кв.м.) в Тюменской области, с.Маранка, реализованные на классическом английском аукционе, достались покупателю за 94 тыс. рублей (начальная цена – 92 тыс. руб.).
На электронной площадке lot-online прошел аукцион по продаже транспортного средства «Практик». Транспортная единица Канского отделения Сбербанка была оценена покупателем в 52,2 тыс. рублей при старте в 51,7 тыс. руб. Читать

At the auction, the right of ownership to a non-residential unit was sold, in which an office of the bank was previously located.
The non-residential unit is located at the address: Kaliningrad Oblast, Sovetsk, ul. Pobedy, d. 15. Area of unit – 78.2 sq.m.

The auction was held on the electronic platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation Lot-online.ru. There were 3 bidders for the lot. 38 steps were made in the course of the auction, and the selling price exceeded the starting price by 1.5 times.
