The Auction House of the Russian Federation has sold 9.64% of shares in World Trade Center
On 26 September 2012, the Auction House of the Russian Federation held an auction for the sale of a share package in WTC owned by the city of Moscow. The auction was held by the order of the Moscow city property department.
9.64% of shares in the World Trade Center were sold for 1,448,000,000 rub.

There were two bidders for the lot
WTC owns the largest multi-functional business complex in Russia, World Trade Center (around 270,000 sq.m.): office and exhibition spaces, a congress center and the hotel Crowne Plaza WTC Moscow. And also several apartment hotels in various districts of the capital – Eridan-1, Eridan-2, and also the three-star hotel Soyuz.

The result of the auction justified our expectations. As a result, the AHR once more fulfilled its obligations to the city, augmenting the Moscow city budget by a sum of over 1.4 billion rubles”.
