The Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction for the sale of 20.0095% of the stock of shares of “The 18th Taxicab Fleet”
On the 6th of May 2013 the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an English auction for the sale of 20.0095% of the shares of “The 18th Taxicab Fleet”. The sale will take place by order of “The Fund of the Transport System Enterprises”, 100% of the shares of which belong to Moscow.
840 ordinary registered shares of “The 18th Taxicab Fleet” are put up for auction which amounts to 20.0095% of the total number of the shares of the Society.
The initial price is 86 395 661 rubles. Vat exempt.
The price increment amounts to 1 727 913 rubles.
“The 18th Taxicab Fleet” owns the real estate objects located at the address: Moscow, 1st Nagatinsky proezd 15, buildings 1,2
The total area of the buildings amounts to 25.7 thousand sq. m.
The total area of the land plot is 2.55 hectares.
The group of buildings is located in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow within a walking distance from the underground stations “Nagatinskaya”, “Nagornaya”, or “Kolomenskaya”. It also has good transportation accessibility, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the junction of the Varshavskoe Shosse and Kashirskoe Shosse. The territory of the group of buildings is enclosed by a fence; it has a pass entry system, surface car park and 24-hour security system. The complex is provided with all engineering services: electricity supply, water supply, heat supply and waste water disposal systems.
“The 18th Taxicab Fleet” provides services in vehicle repair, deals in taxi operations, and leasing its own premises.
In the event that the English auction fails, on the next day – the 7th of May 2013 – the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold a Dutch auction (with lowering of the price).
