Sale of land plots in Gorelovo
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) has announced the sale of two land plots in Gorelovo, Lomonosov region, Leningrad Oblast. The starting price of the lot is 180.5 million rubles.
The land plots are situated near the intersection of the ring road and Tallinnskoe shosse (5 minutes to the road junction). Total area – 6.7 hectares. Here a large industrial or storage complex can be built.

Land plot 2 – 30 000 sq. m.
The lot includes an operational transformer substation built in 1958 (available capacity 1.2 MWt). Additionally, the lot has resources of heating and water supply and sewerage from the engineering networks of VNII Transmash, which is located in direct proximity to the boundaries of the lot.
Also located on the territory of the object is a pumping station (area 427.7 sq.m.) and a fire reservoir (48.2 sq.m.).
