The date of an auction for the sale of 33.3 he for housing construction in New Moscow is announced
On 17 December the bidding for the sale of land plots for multi-storey buildings construction in New Moscow will be held.
The territory to be sold belongs to the area of Maryinskaya Poultry Farm.
The Bidding Organizer is the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD).
Starting price – 33.3 million dollars (there is a possibility of getting a loan in one of the leading banks of Russia).
According to the project documentation it is possible to build there not less than 240 thousand sq. m. of housing and not less than 50 thousand sq. m. of commercial areas.
The Specifications for connection to central engineering services (heat supply, water supply, electric power supply, sewerage) with the possibility of extension are available. The Owner assumes the responsibility for bringing all engineering services to the boundaries of the plot.
The Object is located in 10 km from Moscow Ring Road and Kiev highway, in Maryino township, in 5 km a metro station Salaryevo of Sokol’nicheskaya line is being constructed (scheduled to be opened in the II quarter of 2015).
The city authorities have already approved a plan for the reconstruction of the main road, providing access to the village of Maryino. According to the plan, it is expected to widen the road up to 4 lanes.
Land plots are located in Filimonkovskiy district of Moscow, the development of which is now a priority direction for the City Council. An active public, business and residential development with inclusion of objects of social infrastructure is carried out in the district.
On the border with the given plot the Moscow City Government site is constructing a sports complex for the Wrestling Federation of the Russian Federation, which includes sports and health-improving centers, hostel, hotel and parking. The total development area is 49.8 thousand sq. m.
