Sale of the rights (claims) under loan of Sberbank of Russia, issued for the production company Novy Vek (New Century), with 70% discount
On 15 December 15 the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) has appointed an auction for the sale of rights (claims) under five loans of OJSC Sberbank of Russia, issued for LLC Novy Vek.
To date, the total amount of debts under the loans is 174.8 million rubles. Starting price of the lot – 50 million rubles. Thus, the Buyer acquires the right with a discount of up to 70%, that is 124.8 million rubles.
The security for credit is production and warehouse complex in Gatchina, Leningrad region:
• four land plots with total area of 1.5 he with non-residential buildings with total area of 3.5 thousand sq. m., located on them;
• vehicles;
• equipment.
Complex for the production of plaster mixtures is under operation and at the moment is used for its intended purpose.
“The market value of the pledged assets is not less than 100 million rubles. Taking into account the liquidity of the pledged property and starting price of the rights under the loan – 50 million rubles, it can be forecasted that the benefit of the Buyer significantly exceeds the cost of the acquisition of rights (claims) at auction” (Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Pledged Property of the Auction House of the Russian Federation).
