The Buyer – the individual – offered 135 million rubles for the lot.
The auction was held within the framework of bankruptcy procedure of LLC Triumph Palace Hotel + at the electronic platform – Sberbank AST.
For sale was offered the hotel building with an area of 5.1 thousand sq. m. with a land plot with an area of 1.8 thousand sq. m. (lease up to 2052).
