Sale of shopping complex with land plotsin the Krasnoyarsk Krai (former property of the ALPI chain)

            On 28 December, the Auction House of the Russian Federation held an auction for the sale of the property complex of a shopping center in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.

            As a single lot, retail premises were put up for sale with a total area of around 15,000 sq.m., and land plots with a total area of around 13 hectares at the address: Krasnoyarsk Krai, Berezovsky region, 20 km on the Krasnoyarsk – Zheleznogorsk road.

Sale price – 50,000,000 rub.
            Purchaser – OO Tsentrplast

The lot was sold by order of the owner, Sberbank Kapital. The property previously belonged to the ALPI retail chain, which in 2008 gave it to Sberbank Kapital as payment for its debt to Sberbank of Russia.

This was the second time that the Auction House of the Russian Federation had held an auction by order of Sberbank Kapital. In February this year, at an auction of the Auction House of the Russian Federation, 23 shopping complexes were sold as a single lot (also former property of ALPI), with a total retail area of around 340,000 sq.m. with land plots of a total area of around 224,000 sq.m., located on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Kemerovo Oblast, the republic of Khakasiya and Novosibirsk.
Sale price of lot – 3,505,000,000 rubles.
