Starting prices announced on lots in Pargolovo owned by LEK company
Nine lots are up for sale in a block that borders the Shuvalovo park, the residential micro-district of Torfyanoe and the Severnaya Dolina complex. The lots are located on Olginskaya road (to the northeast of 4 lit. A on Zarechanya ulitsa).
The lots are from 1.5 to 3.4 hectares in size, and situated in a ZZHD zone (zone of construction of medium- and high-rise apartment buildings, and also objects of social and cultural and domestic function). The height of the buildings on the street front is up to 75 meters, and up to 85 meters for buildings inside the block.
Over 480,000 sq.m. of housing may be built on the territory, and from 20,000 to 75,000 sq.m. at each of the lots on sale.
The auctions for the lots, according to preliminary information, will take place on 22 March and 4 April. Five lots will be put up for sale at each auction.
