On 22 December at the Auction House of the Russian Federation, an  auction was held for the sale of two objects of the RHZS fund – buildings together with land plots.

The sale was carried out in accordance with an agency agreement.

1) Two two-story buildings (area of 426 sq.m. and 150.5 sq.m.) and a land plot of an area of 11,500 sq.m. in the Kurortny region of St. Petersburg, in the city of Zelenogorsk, Ispolkomskaya ul., d. 6, lit. A, lit. B.

The object is located in the 1ZHD zone – a zone of development of individual residential buildings.

Mini-hotels and a restaurant may be built on the lot.

Number of bidders for the object - 6.

Winner – a private individual bought the lot for 27,180,000 rub. (starting price 15,680,000 rub.)

2) Object of uncompleted construction (area of building 4,562.3 sq.m.) and a land plot of an area of 14,336 sq.m. in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg, Vzletnaya ul., d. 17, lit. A

The object is located in the ZZHD zone – zone of medium-rise and high-rise housing construction with inclusion of objects of cultural and business construction.

Number of bidders for the object – 5.

Winner – OOO Firma Nita bought the lot for 16,500,000 rub. (starting price 14,000,000 rub.)
