On 16 October the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) has announced the auction for the sale of two objects in Beloozersky Settlement in Voskresensky District of Moscow Region.

Lot № 1.
A building for placement of service industry objects with an area of 1.2 thousand sq. m. with a land plot of 1.9 thousand sq. m.
One-storey building, created by the interior design project, has an unusual shape of facades. Inside there are three equipped premises: billiard hall, bathhouse and mini-hotel. Currently in the building a popular night club “Treasure Island” is located.
Starting price – 30 million rubles.

Lot № 2.
A land plot with an area of 3.4 thousand sq. m.
On the given territory it is possible to build an object of commercial and storage purposes or a café.
Starting price – 4 million rubles.

Objects are located on adjacent territory.
