Units for street retail in Moscow put up for auction
On 20 September at the Moscow office of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR), two auctions will be held for the sale of non-residential units for street-retail. The auction was organized by order of Sberbank-Kapital. The commercial units with an area of 70.4 and 98.4 sq.m. are located in the Northern and Western administrative districts of Moscow.
Starting price of lots – 12.4 and 24.5 mil. rubles respectively.

Additionally, on 21 October an auction has been scheduled for the sale of two non-residential units of an area of 132.4 and 187.6 sq.m. located in the Southeast district of Moscow. The owner is Sberbank of Russia.
Starting price of lots – 22.2 and 20.7 million rubles respectively.

“The units up for sale are part of the program for reformatting Sberbank offices. The units are high-quality street retail, but at the same time they do not meet the new requirements of the bank for square meters. For this reason, Sberbank has put the units up for sale. In September-October alone, auctions for 16 similar objects will be announced,” says Vadim Pirushin, deputy head of the Moscow branch of the AHR.
The units are located in a zone of dense residential development on the first floors of the buildings. There is a separate entrance to the units, and connections to central systems of communications and split systems.
