On 11th of January the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) will hold an auction as a part of a bankruptcy procedure of the Zolotaya Zvezda Ltd (the Gold Star Ltd).
For sale offered the Company’s property – 5-story building with an area of 1.1 thousand sq. m, along with a land plot with an area of 725 sq. m in a historic centre of Cherepovets, near Kriuli Square. A modern Amparo hotel is located in the building.
