The Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) announced bidding for the sale of land plot for the construction of an apartment building on the territory of the Plant Named after Karl Marx.
Earlier the land plot was a part of the territory of the Engineering Plant Named after Karl Marx. It is located in the block of buildings limited by B. Sampsonievsky Avenue, Kantemirovskaya Street, Vyborg Embankment and Alexander Matrosov Street. The neighboring area of 7.8 he was sold at RAD auction on 18 September, 2014. The Winner of the auction became the Investment and Construction Company “Otdelstroy”, having paid for the lot 1.26 billion rubles.

Land plot area – 6711 sq. m.
Starting price – 245 million rubles.
Bidding is scheduled for 14 of April.
Comprehensive plan of development of the quarter territory, including the area of the former Plant Named after Karl Marx, in the limits of which the land plot is located, involves the construction of a residential complex of business class and all necessary objects of social infrastructure.
The plot to be sold is intended for placing a residential building with built-in and attached premises and parking.

Total apartment area – 11,760 sq. m.
Useful area of built-in premises of social and business purposes – 840 sq. m.
