Auction on 22 May
On 22 May, by order of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous okrug – Yugra, the Auction House of the Russian Federation held another auction for the sale of property of the AO. Office units in Khanty-Mansiisk on ulitsa Lenina, d. 64, were put up for sale.
Units of a total area of 159.8 sq.m. located on the 1st floor of block B.
The object was sold at auction with an increase of 1.5 times for 12.92 million rubles (starting price of lot 8.5 million rubles).
Three bidders took part in the auction.
The winner was a private individual.
