On 12 October the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) held the first biddings within the framework of cooperation with PJSC Rostelekom.
The part of a residential building, where earlier a hostel located was sold. The building belongs to identified objects of cultural heritage.
Actually, six premises with the areas from 65.8 up to 225.6 sq. m on the basement, the first and the fourth floors were sold. A total area of the objects is 914.4 sq. m.
The Object is located in a historic centre of the city, near Saint Isaac’s Cathedral.

The Winner of the biddings – LLC North-Western Real Estate Fund – purchased the Lot for the amount of 40.6 million rubles (the starting price was 40.1 million rubles).
