Sberbank will conclude an exclusive contract with the AHRF for the sale of the rights (claims) on credits at auctions
The Auction House of the Russian Federation became a Winner of a competition for determination of platform for the sale of rights (claims) on Sberbank credits at auctions.
At the beginning of February the Administration for Work with Troubled Assets of the Central Office of Sberbank carried out a selection for the right to hold biddings for the sale of the rights (claims) on the Bank credits (cessions). The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) became the Winner.
Under the conditions of competition the AHRF will be a single platform for holding the biddings for the sale of cessions before 31 July, 2018.
According to Sberbank data for sale in 2018 about 5 thousand lots will be offered for sale as a part of a cession with a debt balance from 5 million to 120 million rubles.
In competition four earlier accredited in this sector platforms participated:
• JSC the Auction House of the Russian Federation
• CJSC Sberbank AST
• LLC Asset Management
• LLC Mezhregionconsult
“For about 10 years the AHRF has been successfully cooperating with Sberbank in various areas: sale of non-core and pledged assets, sale of property as a part of a bankruptcy procedure. During this period in the Bank interests the deals were made for the amount of more than 30 billion rubles; cessions (rights/claims on credits) sale amount was 4.9 billion rubles.
The selection of the AHRF as a single platform for the sale of rights on credits for the nearest half a year confirms efficiency of our cooperation. A new contract with Sberbank will promote a development of our partnership and will became a good incentive for even more successful teamwork,” – comments Olga Zheludkova, Head of Department for Work with Troubled and Non-Core Assets of Banks.
