The Auction House of the Russian Federation has realized non-core assets of Sberbank of Russia for a total sum of 7,117,000 rubles
On 12 July, the AHR held an auction for the sale of non-core property of Sberbank of Russia located in the Moscow, Tula and Smolensk Oblasts.
8 lots were put up for auction for a total starting price of 5,464,000 rubles.
In total, 5 lots were sold, and the total sum of the sale was 7,117,000 rubles.
The average ratio of increase for the auction was 1.3
The most expensive lot sold at the auction was a non-residential unit of a total area of 237.4 sq.m. located at the address: Tula Oblast, Tula, Zarechensky district, ul. Oktyabrskaya d. 47.
The object was sold for 6,823,000 rubles, 2 million rubles more than the starting price of the object – 4,823,000 rubles. 9 steps were made in the course of the auction.
The sale price of the cheapest lot was 28,500 rubles. For this sum, a garage box in the Smolensk Oblast was sold, slightly more than the starting price, which was 27,000 rubles.
“We are satisfied with the results of the auction. The AHR sold these objects on the orders of Sberbank of Russia. The total sum of the transactions carried out by the AHR as part of our cooperation with the bank came to around 7 million rubles,” the general director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation Andrei Stepanenko noted.
