On 26 November, the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) realized at auction a land plot for developing hunting and fishing tourism in the Vyborg region of the Leningrad Oblast.

Area of land plot – 0.5 hectares.
The land plot is classified as lands of protected territories and objects; permitted use – for a sport and fishing base.
The sale price was 9.1 million rubles, exceeding the starting price by 6 times (starting price 1.4 million rubles).
Six participants were registered for the auction, who made a total of 154 steps in the course of the auction.

The land plot is located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland in a quiet and picturesque spot – 1.5 km from Primorskoe Highway and 4.6 km from the nearest railway station (Sovetsky village).
