“We are very satisfied with the result of the auction. Development in the historical center of Moscow is always complex. But despite the lull during the summer period and the limited exposure period, the Baikal hotel was sold with a good increase in the starting price. We expect that this will become a guarantee of future cooperation with TsentrAtom in the sale of non-core assets of the atomic industry, especially as for our partners this was also the first public auction for the sale of property.
“Today’s auction is also remarkable in that it is the first auction at the Moscow office of the Auction House of the Russian Federation. We are now open for buyers and sellers, and we are waiting for everyone who is interested in cooperating with us in Moscow at 1 Khrustalny Pereulok.”
