The Auction House of Russian Federation reports the first sales of property in mortgage.
Sale amount totaled 313 961 344 rubles, with start price totaled 299 831 200 rubles.
The offered objects are in the ownership of “Skandinavia Insurance Community” LLC, which passed it as an object of mortgage to The Bank of St. Petersburg, providing the credit to a third party. A contract for the sale of the objects was signed at September 18, 2009.
The sales provided at the public auction included three lots: three land plots, two indoor premises and two buildings in St. Petersburg.
The winner for all lots is “SOLO” LLC.
