The winner of the auction was ESTEL.
There were three bidders for the lot.
The Svoboda factory is one of the leaders in the perfume and cosmetics market of Russia.

The total area of land plots (on right of lease) is 114,595 sq.m.
The production facilities of the company are located in Moscow, and include five different production lines – soap, glycerines, tubes, cosmetics and toothpaste and shampoo. At present the association has its own scientific center, and also a tube factory to manufacturer its own packaging.
“We are satisfied with the results of the auction. This is another major deal carried out by the AHR to the benefit of the Moscow treasury. Taking into account the present auction, in 2011 and early 2012, the AHR has realized Moscow property of a total sum of over 7.42 billion rubles. The next major object that we plan to realize is the Metropol hotel”, said the general director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation Andrei Stepanenko.
