On 13 November 2012, the Auction House of the Russian Federation held an auction for the sale of non-residential units owned by the city of Moscow. The sale was held in accordance with a decree of the Moscow city property department.

A non-residential unit was put up for auction, located at the address: ul. Trofimova, d. 25, korp.1.
The object of a total area of 313.3 sq.m. was realized for 38 768 400 rubles (starting price of object – 23 496 000 rub.)

“We are satisfied with the auction. We were able to realize an object for the Moscow treasury with a significant increase in the starting price. There was serious fighting for the object, and 14 steps were taken over the course of the auction, with the sum exceeding the starting price by over 15 million rubles. This is the second year that we have been working productively with the Moscow city property department. The AHR is consistently fulfilling all the obligations entrusted to it according to the order from the department. And we hope that in the new year of 2013, we will preserve good partner relations,” said the general director of the Auction House of the Russian Federation Andrei Stepanenko.

The next auctions for the sale of non-residential units are scheduled for 6, 17 and 19 December 2012. A total of 26 objects will be up for sale, with a total value of over 258 million rubles. All of the units are intended for commercial use and are located in various administrative districts of Moscow. The objects are situated on the first floors or in the basements of residential buildings.
