Auctions for sale of share packages owned by Moscow:
- International Trade Center (9,64% of charter capital of the company)
Starting price: 1 445 810 000 rub. (not including VAT).
- Novinsky Bulvar 31 (24,99% of charter capital of the company)
Starting price for sale of shares: 1 420 000 000 rub. (not including VAT).
WHEN:
6 October 2011, Thursday
- at 11.30 a.m. the auction will begin for the sale of shares in International Trade Center
- at 12.30 p.m. the auction will begin for the sale of shares in Novinsky Bulvar 31
WHERE:
Moscow, Gostiny Dvor, Khrustalny per, d. 1 (entrance to AHR to the left of entrance № 19). Auction Hall
The sale of share packages in Ilinskoe Podvore and Oktyabr Cinema will be announced later.
