The Auction House of the Russian Federation is examining proposals on the sale of land plots for a filling station. The requirements for the land plots include: location in direct proximity to the road, area from 3,000 sq.m. to 5,000 sq.m., appropriate functional use, lack of servitudes and encumbrances from third parties, location outside sanitary and protective zones of factory, possibility of engineering support (electricity – 50-100 kWa; water supply from 3 to 10 cub.m, water disposal), or essential permits for placement of automatic systems of engineering support.
