The AHRF was elected as an official seller of the property of the Astrakhan region within the framework of privatization
The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) was elected as an agent for the sale of the region's property within the framework of privatization based on the results of a competitive selection conducted by the Government of the Astrakhan region.
The contract with the AHRF will be concluded for a period of 5 years.
During this period the AHRF will prepare for sale and sell on its electronic platform, ETP of the AHRF Lot-online, property included in the forecast privatization plan of the Astrakhan region.
Within the framework of the signed agreement, the AHRF will carry out a full range of marketing and advertising activities to promote the Astrakhan assets on the market: to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the objects in order to determine the options for their best use, based on the results to determine the range of potential buyers, to develop and conduct an advertising campaign in the federal and regional media, in print media and the Internet, to present the objects at business events, specialized exhibitions, to engage in search of interested parties, and to identify the best ways of their use.
Auctions will be held electronically at the Lot-online ETP the AHRF Lot-online.
The first auctions will be announced before the end of the year.
Among the first objects transferred for sale will be commercial premises in the center of the city of Astrakhan, at 19, Lenina street, as well as real estate objects located on the right bank of the Volga River, at 16, Vetoshnikova street.
Services of the Auction House of the Russian Federation for FREE for the region. In accordance with the Law on Privatization No. 178-ФЗ services of the seller of the property are paid by the BUYER in excess of the sale price of the object of privatization.
Under this scheme, the AHRF interacts with Federal Agency for State Property Management, as well as with the Governments of the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Yaroslavl and Nizhny Novgorod.
