On 25 July, 2014 in accordance with the Federal Law 44-FЗ the Municipal Unit of the city of Kazan held a competition for the right to organize and carry out bidding for sale of the property of the city.
According to the results of competitive selection the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) was selected to be a winner.

Under the terms of the Contract before the end of 2014 RAD shall hold auctions for sale of six blocks of shares owned by the city:

• OJSC “Zhilservice”;
• OJSC “Moscow Market”;
• OJSC “Novo-Savinovsky Wholesale and Retail Market";
• OJSC “Kazmetrostroy”;
• OJSC “City Hospital № 12”;
• LLC Commercial Bank for Economic Development “Bank of Kazan”.

For reference:
In accordance with the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation № 1874-p of 25.10.2010 the Auction House of the Russian Federation sells the state property at auctions.
Among the clients of RAD –  Governments of Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region-Ugra.
To date, in the interests of the state RAD sold assets for the amount of 43.4 billion rubles.
