“In the current situation with the provision of territories for housing construction in St. Petersburg, a high-quality offer for the sale of land plots for housing is very rare. New projects which will fill the market in the next 3-4 years are becoming fewer and fewer. It is not hard to predict that building projects that are launched today will be completed in a deficit housing market, which will have a positive influence on the profitability of these projects. We believe that our offer is an excellent chance to make use of the present pause on the land market of Petersburg to create profitable housing complexes” (Dmitry Altbregin, head of department for working with property of private owners at the Auction House of the Russian Federation).
The land plots are located in the north of St. Petersburg, in the actively developing Vyborgsky district. The closest metro station is Parnas. The proximity of major roads – Pr. Engelsa, Vyborgskoe shoes, the ring road, and in the near future the western high-speed diameter road – provide unprecedented access to the city center by private and public transport.
The block borders on Shuvalovsky Park, a favorite place for city residents to relax. The good ecological situation and lack of factories combine well with a highly developed network of shopping and shopping and entertainment centers, which provide the district with everything necessary for comfortable living. The largest retail operators working in the district are MEGA (area 120,000 sq.m.) and Grand Canyon (area 75,000 sq.m.).
For reference:
Throughout the year 2011, the AHR sold land plots in Pargolovo village.
In total, 19.6 hectares of land were realized for a sum of 1.23 billion rubles. Around 480,000 sq.m. of housing can be built on the sold area.
