The Auction House of the Russian Federation is preparing to sell the functioning suburban hotel park “Kapitan MORGAN”. The auction will be held in the 3rd quarter of 2010 (scheduled for September-October). The initial starting price is 135,000,000 rubles.

The auction is being organized by order of the private owner.

“Kapitan MORGAN” hotel is situated in the Priozersk region of the Leningrad Oblast (10 km from Priozersk) on the shore of Lake Ladoga next to Motornoe village.

All buildings of the complex and the plot of land on which they are located, which has been registered as property, will be put up for auction. The area of the land plot is 43,477 sq.m.

The complex includes:

- 10 cottages with an area from 34.7 sq.m to 93.4 sq.m. (total area of cottages – 706.9 sq.m.);

- A 2-storey hotel complex building – 22 rooms for 44 people (675.1 sq.m);

- cultural and business center building (185.1 sq.m);

- 2-storey administrative building (517.9 sq.m);

- sport complex building (289.5 sq.m);

- club building (577.6 sq.m);

- restaurant (140 sq.m.);

- bathhouses and other objects of non-residential function.

- own pier with lighthouse.
