On May 14 at the trading platform of the Auction House of the Russian Federation (RAD) – Lot-online, the auction was held on behalf of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia".
Non-residential premises with a total area of 79.1 sq. m, that previously was occupied by the office of the bank, was sold at the auction.

Five bidders competed for lot.
In the course of trading participants made 25 bid steps, increasing the initial value of the object for 2.4 million rubles.
Sale price was – 7.32 million rubles (starting price – 4.92 million rubles).

Of them in 2014 the premises were sold for the total amount – 314.7 million rubles, the total area of the premises sold – 5.4 thousand sq. m.
Most objects are sold with a significant excess of the starting price – in Moscow and St. Petersburg the average coefficient of excess – 1.5.
