On 20th of November the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) held an auction on the instructions of OJSC “44 Remontny Zavod Radiotekhnicheskogo Vooruzheniya” (“44 Repair Plant of Radio Engineering Armament Equipment”).
Were sold two land plots with area of 1.2 thousand and 15.8 thousand square meters for housing construction.
The plots situated in Pervomaysky District of Vladivostok at the address:
100k, Borisenko Street.
Sale price of the land plots – 3.2 million and 40.1 million rubles.

This auction became the first one after temporary suspension of the sale of immovable property of Joint-Stock Company “Garnizon” (the former OJSC “Oboronservice”) in February of 2015.
