The Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHR) is preparing to sell a land plot of an area of 1.7 hectares for housing construction in Shushary village in the Pushkin district of St. Petersburg.

The land plot is full prepared for construction to begin, with all necessary documentation and engineering infrastructure present.
