On 1st of March at the electronic trading facility of the Auction House of the Russian Federation – Lot-online the auction will be held for the sale of 40% of block of shares of OJSC Engineering Ecology, owned by the Department of Moscow City for Competitive Policy.
The enterprise located in Mytishchi town, Moscow Region and carries out designing, construction and operation of low-pollution industrial complexes for recycling and disposal sites for solid domestic and other wastes.

Starting price – 26.23 million rubles.

The biddings are being held within the framework of the contract concluded between the Department for City Property of Moscow (DIGM), the Department of Moscow City for Competitive Policy (Tender Committee) and the Auction House of the Russian Federation.
Under the terms of the Contract at the Lot-online electronic trading facility of the Auction House of the Russian Federation there will be held biddings for e-privatization of property, owned by the city treasury.

Within the framework of previous contracts between the Department and the AHRF at the auctions a property of Moscow treasury for the amount of 20.7 billion rubles was sold. Among the assets sold there are National Hotel (sale price – 4.6 billion rubles), the International Trade Center (1.4 billion rubles), the Hilton Hotel Leningradskaya (1 billion rubles) and others.
