On 14 August the Auction House of the Russian Federation (AHRF) held an auction on the instructions of OJSC “Sberbank Capital”.
Sold the premises for street retail with an area of 98.5 sq. m.
The Object located in 5 minutes from the subway station “Kolomenskoye” at the address: 30, building 1, Sudostroitel’naya Street, Moscow.
Three bidders took part in the auction.
The sale price exceeded the starting price by 60% and reached 24.6 million rubles (the starting price – 14.8 million rubles).
Previously in the premises the branch office of the Sberbank was located.
