City development plans received for land plots in Pargolovo
The Committee for City Planning and Architecture has issued city development plans for land plots of LEK company, which have been put up for sale for auction by the Auction House of the Russian Federation. This document will enable the winners of the auction to develop construction plans and receive permission for construction.
The city development plans for each of the land plots put up for auction were issued by the Committee for City Planning and Architecture on 11 March. They are included in the packages of documents for the upcoming auctions. The city development plan will enable developers to begin planning properties on the lots acquired immediately after registration of rights, and in future receive permission for construction.
Auctions for lots of LEK company located on the territory of the block that is enclosed by Shuvalovo park the Torfyanoe residential micro-district and the Severnaya Dolina complex that is under construction will be held on 22 March and 4 April this year. 10 land plots for housing construction are being put up for sale, which can be acquired as a single project for comprehensive development of the territory, or for individual projects.
