The Auction House of the Russian Federation is the first nationwide auction platform created by RF Government decree №1186-r on 19 August 2009.

The main founders of the Auction House of the Russian Federation are Sberbank of Russia and the St. Petersburg Property Fund, the largest regional auction platform for the sale of state property in Russia.

The Auction House of the Russian Federation sells property according to extra-judicial procedure that has been pledged under bank loans, property of bankrupt companies, property of major owners – state corporations, private property throughout the territory of Russia, and also items of art and antiques.

The Auction House of the Russian Federation carries out classic and electronic auctions (English auctions with an increase of the starting price, and Dutch auctions with a decrease of the starting price). The electronic auctions are held on the Auction House of the Russian Federation’s own electronic platform, lot-online.ru.

The Novosibirsk branch of the Auction House of the Russian Federation will work with assets on the territory of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk Oblast, the Kemerovo Oblast, the Tomsk Oblast, the Altai Krai, and the Altai Republic. The goal of the branch is effective (at the maximum possible price) sale of pledged property and non-core property of banks working on the territory of the region, and also private property of other legal and physical persons interested in cooperation with the largest auction platform in Russia.

The branch is empowered to carry out preliminary negotiations, conclude sales contracts, prepare and hold auctions.

We have already opened a branch in Nizhny Novgorod, and the first auction showed the demand for our services in the region – the price of the retail complex that was put up for sale increased by three times in the course of the auction.
Future plans of the Auction House of the Russian Federation include creating several more branches in a number of Russian regions”.
